How to use this portal:
The Client Portal is mainly used for secure documents—not scheduling. I schedule appointments directly with clients, so if you need to book or change a session, please reach out to me by text or email.
You can use the portal to:
Complete new client paperwork
Access superbills or statements
View or download secure documents
Upload outside medical records or other relevant information
If you’re ever unsure whether something belongs here or should be sent another way, don’t hesitate to ask.

My preferred way to communicate is text or email. I respond to both during the work week.
I’m usually not available by phone during the day while I’m in sessions, so texting/email is the best way to reach me for non-urgent needs.
What to expect
Response times may vary during clinical hours, but I typically check messages at least once daily on weekdays.
If something is time-sensitive, please mark it clearly in your message so I can prioritize appropriately.
