Meet Audra

Audra Yetter M.S., CCC-SLP, BC-ANCDS, ADHD-CCSP has been in clinical practice for 16 years. She is the only clinician in a 5-state region holding rigorous board-certification in neurogenic communication disorders through the Academy of Neurologic Communication Disorders and Sciences. She has specialized in the neurological cognitive and communication needs of adults for the majority of her career, serving adults in hospital outpatient, inpatient, and private practice settings. Cognitive neuroscience has been her strongest interest since undergraduate studies in the early 2000s, leading to both specializing in cognitive rehabilitation for medical conditions, and executive function coaching to support neurodivergent individuals. Audra combines unending love for the brain and all things neuroscience with humor, compassion, and commitment to her clients.

Meet Goose

a.k.a. “Mr. Puppy”

Goose Yetter is 4-time employee of the year. He provides unwavering support behind the scenes of True North Neuro and a provides both a goofy and compassionate presence in sessions. He has an uncanny ability to know the exact minute it is dinnertime and also has an impressive vocal range of nonverbal communication. When not working, he can be found lying in any body of water possible, crushing hikes, playing with his human sibling, and taking epic naps.
